HR Business Partner (production)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead recruitment efforts across functions (Engineering, Quality, Logistic, IT, etc.); ensuring high quality candidates are placed quickly and build a strong Employer Brand on the market
Participation in development and implementation HR policies & procedures from the scratch;
Serves as a contact person in all personnel relevant matters such as labor law, social security and tax-based questions
Fosters familiarization of local employees and new entries with HR policies, company culture and working environment
Serves as interface to the payroll provider, including controlling in terms of completeness and correctness of payroll
Is responsible for the onboarding process of new employees, including pre-employment matters like e.g. support of foreign employees getting work permit, support integration
Assists managers on employee relations matters including employee concerns, management of performance issues, exit strategies, etc.
Executes exit process, including dismissal interviews and related documentation
Conducts the local performance management and employee development system and, supports the implementation of new programs, all focused on employee motivation and the further development of a performance, rewards based culture
Manage all HR processes, including formalizing Labour Agreements, personnel files, benefits, payroll preparation and payroll review
Taking part in settlement of Labour disputes and conflicts
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
5-7 years' experience in HR
Experience in an international production company (FMCG, pharmaceutical, food industry) is desirable.
Capable of communicating in English (verbal, written) at an upper-intermediate level.
